All Sales Final - Liquids/Hygiene
If you are not 100% satisfied, orders placed online are protected with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used liquids and personal-care items.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll replace the item; if a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.
Do not send items back without authorization. Any unsolicited parcels will be refused or discarded for safety reasons.

Order changes/cancellation
Orders move to fulfillment quickly and usually can’t be canceled once submitted. If you need help, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best before the order ships.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. Due to health/hygiene rules, this right does not apply once a product’s seal has been broken or the item has been used. To cancel, the item must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging. You’re responsible for return shipping and keeping proof of postage. Once received and inspected, we’ll refund the product price (original shipping is non-refundable unless required by law).
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit. If it’s been more than 7 business days since our approval, email us and we’ll check on it.
